Who We Are

Jeffrey Wolfer – Jeffrey Wolfer, President and Co-CEO, has been directly responsible for turning Kennedy Funding into the worldwide lending powerhouse it is today.  Jeffrey took Kennedy from $40 million in situational loans a year to this year’s anticipated goal of $300 million.  To do that, he built a team of professionals and implemented a strategic plan which produced significant sales gains and expansion internationally into Latin and South America, Mexico, the Caribbean, Canada, and Europe.  Jeffrey was recently named one of NJBiz magazine’s prestigious 2006 Forty Under 40 award winners.  He is a native of New Jersey and was awarded his Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Kevin Wolfer – Kevin Wolfer, Co-CEO of Kennedy Funding, combines his 12 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the lending industry with his intense work ethic to serve the company well.  Kevin has utilized his strong creative financing skills and attention to detail to turn in a long list of successful global loans.  Kevin’s two business agendas are making sure the client gets the response they need fast, and a service-oriented approach that helps build successful broker relationships for the company.  Before Kennedy, Kevin was with an SBA lender in Atlanta, George, and earned a BA and MBA in finance upon graduation from Emory University.

Jonathan Hornik – General Counsel Jonathan Hornik brings a wealth of legal experience and knowledge to Kennedy Funding.  While with major New York law offices, he focused on the acquisition, sale, financing, leasing, and development of real estate assets, representing clients on each side of the table.  Jonathan has been responsible for several billion dollars in United States transactions, while some of his deals have been valued as high as $400 million.  His skill in highly refined real estate deal structures and negotiations have served the firm well in countless situations.  Jonathan earned his BA from the University of Delaware and his JD from Brooklyn Law School, and he is a member of the bar in New York and New Jersey.
